Family or Maternity Portrait Booking

If you have been in touch with me to select a date, you are now ready to fill in this booking form. If you haven't done that yet, please contact me .

I would love to make this photoshoot experience fun and easy for everyone, and I have a few questions in this form to help me do that.

Could you please tell me the names of everyone joining the photoshoot and include ages of any children attending?

To help kids feel comfortable while at the shoot, I like to play/sing some of their favourite songs or talk about their favourite things. Can you tell me a few of their favourite songs/animals/movies/other talking points to help me connect with them? And if you have a fail-safe method of making them laugh, please spill the beans!

What is the most important photo that you would like me to capture from this session?

May I share some of the photos on the Liz K Photography website, Facebook and Instagram pages?

If anyone is not feeling well or if you need to reschedule/cancel for any reason, please let me know as soon as you can. There are no fees and I will try my best to find an alternative day so you can still get to do the photoshoot. I don’t require payment beforehand. This will be after I have sent the previews of the shoot. If you are happy with all of this, please tick this box to finalise the booking.
